Aloha! Read on if you want to laugh at yourself and kill a few minutes.
Be prepared to put on a smile, to look at yourself in the mirror, and to ask yourself, "Why am I still reading?".
Let's shout out a few statements together, yes?!
Let's laugh and smile (even if you have to force it) while doing it, yes?!
"No.", you say?
Ok, maybe tomorrow.
"I'm grateful for falling."
"I'm grateful for the moments I exist outside of my comfort zone."
"I'm grateful for the painful lessons I unknowingly teach myself."
"I'm grateful for the personal reflections inspired by those in my life."
"I'm grateful for ____________."
Some of us fall more dramatically than others.
Some of us trip up consciously.
Some of us spiral unconsciously.
Some of us experience self doubt and shame as a result.
Some of us experience triumphing self trust.
Kindly reminding ourselves that it isn't entirely our fault when we fall, we may be unaware or unconscious to the reasons, can help us dust off any self doubt or shame we allow ourselves to collect.
When we push ourselves out of our comfort zone, (consciously or unconsciously) even if we've been there before...we always risk falling, but we also risk an increased self trust.
Be prepared to grow, to fall, to share gratitude and to laugh at yourself along the way.
Gratitude is connecting. Gratitude is humbling. Gratitude is powerful.
Discovering balance together.
