How compassionate are you with yourself? How generous are you with the time you need for yourself?

Have you ever swept dirt under the rug or more likely, hid your scatterings in the closet to make it seem to appear you have your house keeping in order? You may have said to yourself

"I'll deal with it later." Out of sight, out of mind, right?

To be fair, it's completely fine to do this, it's a coping strategy we exercise for self preservation. We will get to our scatterings when we do. However, it can be beneficial to make "dealing with it...", a priority. It's important not to forget to commit to addressing our beautiful and sometimes dark scatterings. Best not to hold off for too long on the housekeeping. The longer we delay or ignore it, the more it whispers for attention in our minds.

Be generous to yourself, gift yourself the time you need to face whatever you might be hiding from yourself. Growth is ahead. Fear not.
